Refund policy

 

1.     Return of Products:

1.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from AnaDoreNatural.com, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at contacts@anadorenatural.com or call +359 885 036 233 and provide information about the order you have placed.

1.3. When canceling the contract, the Customer must fill out the cancellation form presented below before the expiration of the period under Art. 50 of the ZPA and sends it to the specified correspondence address and/or email.

1.4. The Merchant is obliged to immediately send the Customer confirmation of receipt of his/her refusal to the email specified by the Customer.

2.     Return Conditions:

2.1. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, without signs of use or damage.

2.2. Replacement of a defective or damaged item is accepted if such is established in front of a courier or a representative of the courier company.

3.    Restore Value:

3.1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Customer, the Merchant is obliged, no later than fourteen days from the date on which he is informed by the Customer of the withdrawal from the contract, to return the payments received from him (except for delivery costs and other additional costs arising from the choice of payment method).

3.2. The refund of the product value will be made using the original payment method, unless the Customer has explicitly specified an alternative refund method.

4.     Delivery Costs:

4.1. The delivery costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the AnaDoreNatural.com.

5.     Defective or Wrongly Delivered Products:

5.1. If you receive a defective or wrongly delivered product, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

5.2. AnaDoreNatural.com will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or wrongly delivered products.

6.      Term of Refund:

6.1. Refund of the product value will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the returned product.

7.     Changes to the Policy:

7.1. AnaDoreNatural.comreserves the right to change this Return and Refund Policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website.
