Order Processing Time

1.1. Orders received by 13:00 on the current day are fulfilled on the same day after confirmation by phone from the customer.

1.2. Orders received after 13:00 are processed on the next business day, unless they have the status "Express order".

1.3. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the availability of the product and the volume of orders.

Delivery Methods

2.1. AnaDoreNatural offers various delivery methods that can be selected when placing the order.

2.2. Delivery can be made through courier companies "Speedy", "Econt" or "Box Now".

Delivery Times

3.1. The expected delivery time is provided when placing the order and may vary depending on the location and delivery method.

3.2. AnaDoreNatural is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances that cannot be controlled.

4.1. Delivery charges are determined at the time of order placement and may vary depending on the selected delivery method and customer location.

Delivery Responsibility

5.1. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must inspect the package for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. In the event that damage is found that occurred during the transportation of the goods, the Merchant is not responsible for the warranty service of this product.

Delivery Cancellation

6.1. In the event that the delivery cannot be made due to incorrectly provided information by the customer or due to the inability to find the Customer or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided, AnaDoreNatural is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase and is not responsible.

6.2. In case of refusal to receive the goods, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the Customer is liable to pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

6.3. When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be established through its simple inspection, the Customer may request that the delivered goods be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase application made by him within 24 hours of receiving it.
